Laura Burnham

Laura Burnham is a commercial development-focused real estate advisor with extensive experience across land investment and strategic growth throughout the Mountain West. She has transacted and overseen entitlement of thousands of residential lots and over $280 million in commercial development land across Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming. She brings an institutional background in finance, hospitality operations and acquisitions from companies including Vail Resorts, Prologis, Inspirato, David Weekley Homes, and Century Communities. This experience uniquely positions her to support clients throughout the full life cycle of investment and development endeavors.

In addition to brokerage at KW Commercial, Laura is the owner of Berg Land Company, with over $15.4 million in land assets under management and in various stages of development.
