Brooke’s background consists of luxury sales- brands Harry Kotlar, Rolex, Omega, JB Star, – closing her first Rolex sale in 2007. As a country girl at heart, she will throw on a pair of muck boots and meet you in those fields to show the details of the parcels of land/ranches you are interested in.
Her & family live in Wilson, WY, with her horses very close by; all four daughters partake in scholarly & sports activities Jackson offers; the new build lakehouse on Palisades, in Alpine, WY, is getting weekly use
Born/raised in rural Oklahoma, land royalties, trusts, cattle, and wheat fields were in her backyard. Contracts and this extensive paperwork require delicate handling – with Brooke’s education of BA in History from University of Central Oklahoma & Harvard Grad School education, rest assured you are in good hands. Having home shopped in JH, TV, SV, and owned several well-built Oklahoma homes herself, she understands what it is like to be in the client’s shoes, and views properties from their perspective. From a very long line of land familiarity- a 6th-generation farming family of grandparents (Czech & German sides, both farming families in Europe- looking for more land opportunities-immigrating to Oklahoma at different periods but all surviving farming during the GREAT Depression) running cattle, growing wheat, and also having oil rights below ground… acreage is something Brooke is very familiar with; thus, if you are looking for a particular parcel or wanting the ranch lifestyle, Brooke will meet with you, and after some questions, can find the right fit for your particular desires. Brooke made the decision 4yrs ago, to move to the mountains leaving Oklahoma, follow her sister/childhood bestfriend Jaclyn, who owns a home in Teton Valley; Jaclyn’s mother-in-law has had a lovely home in the Shooting Star area of the Village since 2008.
