Originally from the San Francisco Bay Area, David earned his Wyoming real estate associate broker’s license in 2003 and his Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2012.
In addition to his real estate business, David is Chairman of the Mangy Moose Restaurant and Saloon. He served as the President of the Jackson Hole Chamber of Commerce and, as a member of the board of directors of the National Restaurant Association.
Before moving to Jackson in 2000, David was EVP and COO of Redem Technologies, Inc., a producer of eco-friendly chemical formulations for catalytic converters, with manufacturing facilities in the USA, China, and India. Prior to Redem, he was, the Chairman and CEO of Madsen Services, Inc., recruiting and temporary placement firm with offices throughout the San Francisco Bay Area.
In San Francisco, David was a senior adviser and Deputy Chief of Protocol to San Francisco Mayor Frank Jordan, (1992-1996). He was President of the Board of Trustees for the San Francisco War Memorial and Performing Arts Center, (SF Opera, Ballet, and Symphony), VP of the SF Film Commission, and President of the Salvation Army Advisory Council.
David has three adult children and lives in Wilson.
