Gillian’s first successful real estate deal happened when she was fifteen, and she found her parents a piece of land in the local classifieds. Twenty-five years later, her parents still live in the home they built on that land, and Gillian still enjoys playing matchmaker for people and properties. She officially started selling real estate in 2017, and before that, she worked in many different roles related to real estate, including marketing and property management. Gillian’s experience in property management gives her a unique insight into investment properties and vacation homes.
Gillian’s expansive knowledge of Jackson Hole and the surrounding area gives her clients the insight of a local that has lived all over the valley and owned homes in Jackson, Teton Valley, and Star Valley. Gillian is passionate about the Jackson area and everything it offers. With her husband, daughter, and chocolate lab, Gillian enjoys exploring the ski slopes, hiking trails, camping spots, rivers, and lakes in the area. She feels lucky to be raising her daughter in the same community she was raised in and makes an excellent tour guide.
Gillian loves assisting her clients as they embark on the journey of purchasing or selling a property. She has experience working with buyers and sellers in many different situations, and she approaches each transaction with market knowledge, determination, and compassion.
