Originally from Winston-Salem, North Carolina, Rob Neill graduated from Woodberry Forest School and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. There, he studied Exercise and Sports Science and Entrepreneurship while managing the Men’s Basketball team for four years. He later earned his MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School with a specialization in Finance, graduating with Beta Gamma Sigma academic honors.
Rob lives and works in Jackson Hole, where he specializes in commercial real estate investment, development, and brokerage throughout the local region. Over the last three years, he has worked as an Investment Associate for a local holding company, helping oversee more than $60 million in local commercial real estate and business holdings. In addition to his real estate and investment work, Rob is a local business owner, having purchased the Jackson Hole Subway franchise at the start of 2024.
In 2025, Rob was honored with the Teton Board of Realtors’ “Rad Spencer Rising Star Award,” an award voted on by the valley’s real estate community. Outside of business, Rob enjoys college basketball, trail running, skiing, rafting, and taking full advantage of the outdoor lifestyle Jackson Hole has to offer.
