Each year, the Teton Board of REALTORS® (TBOR) honors professionals who exemplify the very best of our industry through leadership, service, collaboration and integrity. TBOR is a professional trade association in Jackson with over 600 licensed real estate agents and appraisers. It upholds ethical standards for its members, enhances their education and connects home buyers and sellers with realtors. This January, we’re proud to celebrate several Keller Williams Jackson Hole agents whose dedication and impact earned them well-deserved recognition.
Rising Star Award: Robert Neill
The Rad Spencer Rising Star Award honors a newer member of TBOR who reflects the passion, work ethic and heart that Rad Spencer embodied. The late Rad Spencer joined the Teton Board of Realtors® in 2018 and was known for his strong work ethic, kindness and joy he brought to those around him. He exemplified the values TBOR seeks to recognize through the Rising Star Award that continues to honor those that go above and beyond.
As written in his award nomination, “Robert Neill is a standout example of that spirit. Known for his outstanding energy and positivity, Neill approaches real estate with enthusiasm and a genuine commitment to learning and growth. He consistently puts in the effort to refine his skills, while also sharing knowledge and supporting those around him. His teamwork, professionalism and excitement for the industry make him a deserving recipient of this meaningful award.”
Realtor of Distinction for Teton County: Barb Andrews
We’re also happy to celebrate Barb Andrews, recognized as Realtor of Distinction for Teton County, an award celebrating agents who set the standard for excellence. This award recognizes a dedicated member who embodies the qualities we all value in a great co-broke partner. The winner demonstrates professionalism through respect, integrity and ethical conduct in every transaction, while excelling in clear, open communication that ensures smooth transactions. This Realtor brings strong market knowledge, a positive attitude and a supportive approach, making them a pleasure to work alongside. And if you’ve ever worked with Barb, you know this award fits her to a T!

Heart of Service Award: Nancy Martino
The Heart of Service Award was created to honor a TBOR volunteer who goes above and beyond for the association, and Nancy Martino exemplifies that mission. As written in her award nomination, “Nancy has led the TBOR scholarship program for many years, managing it with professionalism, independence and care. Beyond her own role, she actively supports and empowers other volunteers to get involved. Reliable, respected and easy to work with, Nancy’s dedication has made a lasting impact on TBOR and the broader realtor community.”
